CIRG Seminar: Michael Hudgens (postponed from Sept 2)

Michael Hudgens, Professor of Biostatistics here at UNC-CH, will be the first speaker in the 2016 CIRG Fall Seminar Series. His talk is "An Introduction to Causal Inference". Please note that this talk was previously scheduled for Friday Sept 2 and has now been postponed to Friday Sept 9. The location has also been changed to McGavran-Greenberg 2301.

CIRG Seminar: James Robins

James Robins, the Mitchell L. and Robin LaFoley Dong Professor of Epidemiology at Harvard, will be the third speaker in the Causal Inference Research Group Fall Seminar Series. Please note that this seminar will take place on Thursday November 3rd, not on Friday as is customary for CIRG. The seminar will take place in G100 Bondurant Hall (Strum Auditorium). The topic of the presentation is "Path-specific Causal Effects."

CIRG Seminar: Elizabeth Stuart

Elizabeth Stuart, Professor of Mental Health, Health Policy and Management, and Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins, will present the fourth installment of the Causal Inference Research Group's 2016 Fall Seminar Series. The tentative title for Dr. Stuart's talk is, "Assessing and enhancing the generalizability of randomized trials to target populations”. The seminar will take place in Bondurant G010.

CIRG Seminar: Causal Inference with Interference
